What is the Crypto.com Exchange Sub-affiliate programme?
The programme lets affiliates boost their earnings by adding sub-affiliates and earning a share of their commissions across multiple levels.
Who is eligible to be a Sub-affiliate?
To qualify as a Sub-affiliate, the user must:
Have an active Crypto.com Exchange account
Reside in an eligible jurisdiction
Not be a broker
Not be part of another Sub-affiliate programme
How many Sub-affiliate levels are supported?
Up to three Sub-affiliate levels are supported.
Level 1 represents your direct sub-affiliates, while Level 2 includes affiliates brought in by your sub-affiliates. Level 3 refers to those affiliates recruited by your Level 2 affiliates, illustrating the cascading expansion of your network.
How do I add a Sub-affiliate?
To add a user as a Sub-affiliate:
From the home page, go to the Dashboard > Affiliate > Add Sub-affiliate
Fill in the following fields:
Sub-affiliate’s email registered with the Crypto.com Exchange
Sub-affiliate’s full name
Sub-affiliate’s commission split
Click Confirm to send an invitation email
Once the user accepts your invitation, they join your network as a Sub-affiliate. The invitation will expire if it isn’t accepted within 30 days.
What benefits do sub-affiliates enjoy?
Your sub-affiliates benefit from:
Meaningful earnings share: They can receive up to a 50% commission share
Growth opportunities: Level 1 and 2 Sub-affiliates can build their own network
When are commissions paid to sub-affiliates?
Commissions are tallied daily at 03:00 UTC and paid at 06:00 UTC in USDC.
How do I change my Sub-affiliates’ commission rate?
To change your Sub-affiliates’ commission rate:
From the home page, go to the Dashboard > Affiliate
Click the ‘...’ icon next to the Sub-affiliate whose commission rate you wish to change, then click Edit details
Change the rate under Sub-affiliate receives, then click Confirm
Your Sub-affiliate will receive an email notification about the change
Note: The new commission rate takes effect in the next payout cycle.
Can my sub-affiliates leave the programme voluntarily?
Yes, they can choose to leave the programme. To do so, sub-affiliates should:
Go to the Dashboard > Affiliate > Offboard from the home page
Review the implications of leaving the programme, then click Confirm to proceed
You will receive an email notification with the sub-affiliate’s request to leave. Click Acknowledge Removal to complete the offboarding process.
What happens when a sub-affiliate is removed from the programme?
Upon removal, the user forfeits any commission entitlements. If a Level 1 or Level 2 Sub-affiliate is removed, their sub-affiliates will also be removed from your network.
How many sub-affiliates can I add?
You can add up to 200 sub-affiliates. If you wish to add more users, please contact your account manager.
