Reaching your daily/monthly withdrawal maximum limits

If you’re able to insert the withdrawal amount but cannot submit the request to a “withdrawal” account, it is likely that you have reached your daily/monthly maximum withdrawal limits (apply across all your Fiat Wallets’ withdrawals) -

  • Minimum (per request): $500 USD equiv.
  • Daily Maximum (24-hour rolling): $100,000 USD equiv.
  • Monthly Maximum (30-day rolling): $500,000 USD equiv.

Withdrawal account is “non-withdrawable”

If the account you want to withdraw to is a third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Transferwise etc.) and it is disabled and shows as “non-withdrawable”, unfortunately, we’re not able to make a payment back to your provider due to their restrictions at the moment.

If your payment provider is on our supported list (see next question) but the account is shown as “non-withdrawable”, it is likely the account information are not passed properly from your provider when we received your deposit, please contact our Support to provide the following info and proof of payment -

  • Account holder first name
  • Account holder last name
  • IBAN / account number
  • Swift code
  • Date of birth
  • Account holder address
  • Account holder city
  • Account holder country
  • (Please include state and postcode if your bank country is United States, Canada or Mexico)

Would I be able to withdraw fiat to my personal account at a payment provider (e.g. Transferwise)?

Yes, you would be able to submit a withdrawal request if you have successfully deposited the fiat currency before via SWIFT with a payment provider, however, it's still subject to review on whether withdrawals are supported to that specific payment provider.

The current list of supported payment provider:

  • Revolut

Please note:

  • The above list is subject to changes and non-supported providers will be disabled and shown as “non-withdrawable”
  • If your account is a supported provider but is shown as “non-withdrawable”, please refer to the previous question

Please be aware that we will be reaching out to confirm your payment reference/identifier for supported 3rd party providers, which may take longer than usual for the internal review and processing.

Hence, we would recommend withdrawing from the App directly to your personal bank accounts whenever possible (successfully deposit fiat via International Bank Transfer - SWIFT Network with your personal bank account to see the option during withdrawal submission).

What is the fee to withdraw fiat via International Bank Transfer from my Fiat Wallet in the Crypto.com App?

Crypto.com does not charge any fee for the fiat withdrawal, yet fees may be imposed by the receiving bank and intermediary bank(s). The estimated fees vary by the geographic location of the recipient bank account, ranges from $6-40 USD equivalent.

The estimated fees will be calculated and deducted from your withdrawal amount when you choose your withdrawal bank account and submit the withdrawal request. We will display the estimated receive amount in the confirmation screen.
