Can I transfer funds from my merchant account to an external Wallet Address?
Yes, you can request payout in Bitcoin and Stable Coins (USDC, TUSD, TGBP, TCAD, TAUD). Stable Coins transfer will be done via the Ethereum network.
Can I transfer funds from my merchant account to another merchant account?
No, merchants can only settle their earnings to their designated bank account or cryptocurrency wallet address.
Do I have to adjust my sale prices depending on the value of Crypto.com's supported cryptocurrencies?
No, as merchants set the price in their local fiat currency. We will handle the cryptocurrency conversions on the customer side.
How does Crypto.com calculate exchange rate fees?
Crypto.com has built excellent relationships with multiple leading digital asset exchanges in order to provide the best rates for both merchants & customers.
What are “unresolved” payments on my merchant dashboard, and what should I do?
Crypto.com Pay only proceeds with a payment if the customer sent the exact amount of CRO within the certain timeframe. This means in other cases, Crypto.com treats these as unresolved payments, meaning your payment would not be “succeeded” and your balance will not increase. However, you don’t have to worry about them because Crypto.com will handle the return of these funds back to the customer.
The unresolved payment types are:
Underpaid - when the customer sent less CRO than requested
Late - when the customer sent the CRO after the session time
Multiple - when a new transaction has arrived after the payment had already be processed
Wrong Currency - when the customer sent a coin other than CRO
Please note that there is a scenario called “Overpaid” - which happens when the customer sent more CRO than requested. In this case, then the overpaid amount will be returned back to the customer.
How can I initiate Refunds/ Partial Refunds to my customers?
Please log-in to your Crypto.com merchant account, select Payments and click on the relevant transaction. Select Refund and enter the relevant refund amount. In the event of the merchant trying to refund an amount that is more than its balance at Crypto.com, it can choose to top up the balance within the merchant dashboard.
Why does the refund take a long time to proceed?
We will email the customer to ask for a valid wallet address before proceeding the refund process. It takes some time before the customer provides the wallet address. Once we have the address, the refund will be processed.
Can my customers initiate Chargebacks/Dispute requests on a transaction?
