How can I activate and link my Crypto.com Visa Signature® Credit Card?
Once your physical card arrives, follow the steps below to activate it:
1. Tap the Card tab | 2. Follow the steps in the Setup Guide to activate your card. You will be redirected to the website of the card issuer, Comenity Capital Bank, to complete the process. | 3. Fill in the required information and tap Confirm to register your card |
4. Once registered, link your card account to the Crypto.com App | 5. Upon successful activation, you will be able to see your card transactions, balances, as well as manage your card |
Why do I need to activate, register, and link my Crypto.com Visa Signature® Credit Card?
The Crypto.com Visa Signature® Credit Card is issued by Comenity Capital Bank, which requires you to first activate and register your card to access card information, settings, and use your physical card.
Linking your card account to the Crypto.com App will allow you to manage your card from the App.
Can I use my Crypto.com Visa Signature® Credit Card if I do not activate, register, and link it?
You can add your virtual card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and use it from those apps.
However, you will not be able to use your physical card without activating it. You will also be unable to view your card information and settings without linking your card account to the Crypto.com App.
