Why can’t I link my bank account?

The name on the bank account must match the name associated with your Crypto.com App account.

What happens if my bank account is not eligible for RTP?

If your bank does not support RTP, you can withdraw via the ACH network. Contact your banking institution to verify RTP compatibility.

Why can’t I link more bank accounts?

You can only add up to five (5) bank accounts. To add a new one, delete an existing account by tapping Edit on the top-right corner of the screen and swiping left on the entry you wish to remove.

Why is the “Relink” button not working?

If the Relink button is not functioning, ensure the bank account selected is the same as the one originally linked.

If issues persist, you can try:

  • Re-establishing the connection by going to Accounts > USD Account > Withdraw > Real-Time Payment > Add bank account.

  • Removing expired bank accounts that cannot be relinked. To do so, tap Edit on the top-right corner of the screen and swiping left on the entry you wish to remove.

  • Ensure the total number of linked accounts does not exceed five (5).
