How to top-up EUR Account using Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
On on the App:

Tap on Deposit

Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device operating system
Select an existing card
Enter an amount
Review and confirm the transaction details to complete the top-up.

Why is my issuing bank charging me another fee for topping up my EUR Account?
Some financial institutions may charge a fee on top of the EUR Account transaction as per their terms and conditions with you. Please contact your issuing bank for more information.
What cards are accepted?
We accept Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit / Maestro that are issued by a EU financial institution.
Why does my existing card that I already added on the Crypto.com App not work?
Make sure the card has not expired. If you already have an eligible debit or credit card that you added a long time again, then try deleting and adding the card again.
Can I use my Crypto.com card to top up my EUR Account?
This is not possible - the transaction will be rejected as per policy.
Why was my card top-up rejected?
Common reasons your attempted card top-up was rejected include:
Your card is expired
Your card has exceeded the spend limits as set by your issuing bank.
Your bank account has insufficient funds.
The card transaction was not completed in time with the correct 3DS response.
Your bank that issued the card may have risk policies and thresholds that restrict the use of your card on cryptocurrency exchanges. In such cases, please contact your card issuer for assistance.
Please also note that using a credit card via Apple Pay or Google Pay might result in declines / transaction failures. In addition, the card issuer might impose additional fees on top of the transaction.
