If this happens, you can reset your password by simply importing your wallet again with its recovery phrase in the Wallet Extension’s main page. Click Reset your wallet and follow the onscreen instructions thereafter. You will be prompted to create a new password as well.

Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the Wallet Extension. Then, import your wallet again with its recovery phrase. However, please ensure that you have your wallet’s recovery phrase ready before you uninstall the Wallet Extension.

Should this situation arise, Crypto.com is unable to help you recover your wallet and the assets stored in it. We do not keep a copy of your Wallet Extension password nor your wallet’s recovery phrase. Please ensure that you store your password and recovery phrase in a secure location.
