Crypto.com offers a AED Account which can be topped up via the local bank transfer network using user's bank accounts. UAE phone number users are eligible for the AED Account.
How to set up my AED Account?
To be able to deposit AED via local bank transfers, you first need to set up the AED Account.
In the Crypto.com App home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Cash, OR tap Deposit > Cash, OR tap Accounts > then under the Cash header tap ‘Open’
Select UAE Dirham (AED)
Tap on “Continue” to proceed
Submit and verify your residential address if required. You may be requested to upload a proof of address.
Upon successful setup of the AED Account, you can use the provided deposit information to deposit AED from your bank account via local bank transfers. Refer to AED Deposit via Local Bank Transfers FAQ for more details.
