Setting up GBP fiat transfers
GBP fiat transfers can be activated in either the Wallet or Bank Transfer pages.
Wallet page
Click Wallet in the left navigation panel and select Deposit in the GBP row under the Coin column.
Select Deposit GBP in the pop-up window
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
You may be asked to provide additional information for the KYC process
GBP transfers will be automatically activated once the KYC process is complete
Bank Transfer page
Click Bank Transfers in the left navigation panel and select the Transfer Method tab
Select Activate in the GBP row
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
You may be asked to provide additional information for the KYC process
GBP transfers will be automatically activated once the KYC process is complete
Activating GBP transfers may take a few minutes. You can check its status by navigating to Bank Transfer > Transfer Method.
How to make a deposit:
After you have activated GBP fiat transfers, go to the Wallet page
Click Deposit in the GBP row under the Coin column
Click Next when you see information about FPS. Please note that only FPS deposits are accepted. Deposits via other networks will be rejected.
Make a bank transfer to the account shown in the Deposit Details pop-up window.
For seamless verification, ensure that your bank account name matches with your Crypto.com Exchange account name.
Is there a fee to deposit GBP into the Crypto.com Exchange?
Crypto.com does not charge fees for GBP deposits, but your bank may apply a processing fee. Please reach out to your banking institution for more information regarding this fee.
Are there any deposit limits for GBP?
There is a maximum amount of £1,000,000 per deposit. The minimum deposit amount is £1.
Please note that a £25 administration fee will be applied to every return of an erroneous GBP deposit.
How long do FPS deposits take to process?
Your deposit will be processed in just a few minutes.
Please note that your first deposit from a new bank account may take longer if it requires further verification.

How do I withdraw GBP to my bank account?
Activate GBP withdrawals by making one deposit from your bank account via FPS
Select a verified bank account that you wish to withdraw your funds to
Enter a withdrawal amount, review the transaction details, and click Confirm to Withdraw
Is there a withdrawal fee for GBP?
There is a withdrawal fee of £1.90 per withdrawal.
How long does it take to make a withdrawal?
Withdrawals via FPS take approximately one business day to process.
What are the withdrawal limits for GBP?

General Questions and Tips
How many bank accounts can I link to my Crypto.com Exchange account for GBP transfers?
A maximum of five bank accounts can be linked to your Exchange account. You will need to delete one if you have reached your limit and would like to add a new bank account. Pending accounts count toward your maximum account limit. However, rejected accounts do not.
How do I delete a linked bank account?
Go to Bank Transfer via the left navigation panel to view your list of Verified, Pending, and Rejected bank accounts. You will see a Delete option next to the bank account. Click it to unlink the bank account.
How long does it take to activate GBP fiat transfers?
Activation of GBP transfers may take several minutes. You may check the activation status by going to Bank Transfer > Transfer Method. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you encounter any difficulties during this process.
Can I deposit GBP from a non-bank provider account like Wise or PayPal?
Yes, you can deposit GBP from a non-bank provider account such as Wise or PayPal. However, please note that while these deposits will be accepted, the account itself will not be added to your bank account list for withdrawal purposes. You will need to use a traditional bank account linked to our service for withdrawals.

The following documents are accepted, and we may ask for other types of documents, depending on your circumstances:

Bank/financial institution statements or letters
Statements or letters from an authorised insurer
If you choose to provide a credit card statement, please ensure that you mask the card number and other sensitive financial identification information.

Issued within the past 90 days
Clear image with legible text
Captured in full (includes all four corners)
Vertically aligned (portrait mode)
Matches the details you entered when submitting your address details for verification
How long does the address verification process take?
The duration of the address verification process varies depending on the availability and accuracy of the information provided, among other factors. Typically, the verification process is completed within five business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email. If your information is not verified after five business days, please contact our Customer Support Team.
