Crypto.com provides monthly account statements reflecting the value of virtual assets held on clients’ behalf in their Crypto.com Exchange (HK) wallet balance.

The pricing mechanism applied to calculate the value (in fiat currency) of virtual assets is based on market rates from different sources including Binance, Coinmarketcap, Coingecko, and Currencylayer.

Exchange rates are captured every 5 minutes.
