Cash Yield is a feature in the Crypto.com App that allows you to earn rewards on your fiat balance.
Your fiat is invested on your behalf in money market funds. These funds typically seek to generate yield by investing primarily in short-term money market instruments, which may include government securities such as treasury bills in the relevant currency. The fund’s performance is influenced by prevailing market conditions and short-term interest rates in the relevant currency.
Cash Yield is designed to be flexible: there are no required holding periods, no minimum balance requirements and no reward caps, and you can access your funds anytime.
Your Cash Yield rate is variable and depends on your Level Up plan and the money market fund yield (net of applicable fees). You can also choose to convert your payout to CRO and receive an additional CRO reward. Learn more about Level Up here.
