What is it? A native integration on the Crypto.com Exchange (Web and App) to deposit crypto held in your Crypto.com App.
Why use it? It’s the fastest, most streamlined way to fund your Exchange account. No more toggling between two different apps to initiate a manual send.
Availability: Available on both Exchange Web (XWeb) and the Exchange Mobile App (XApp).
How to Transfer: Step-by-Step
Navigate to Deposit: On the Exchange, select the Deposit button.
Select Source: Choose Crypto.com App under the "Crypto deposit" section.
Choose Your Asset: Select from your available App balances (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDC).
Enter Amount: Input your desired transfer amount (noting the minimum requirement).
Secure Verification: Confirm the transfer using Passkey (biometric) or TOTP (Authenticator app).
Confirm: Review details and tap confirm. Funds are typically available within moments.

Eligibility: You must have a Crypto.com App account and an Exchange account linked to the same identity to use this feature.

Security & Verification
To keep your funds safe, every "pull" transfer requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Passkey (Recommended): Use FaceID, TouchID, or your device passcode. If you’ve set this up in the App, it works automatically on the Exchange.
TOTP: A 6-digit code from apps like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Setup: If you don't have MFA enabled, the app will prompt you to set up TOTP before your first transfer.
Early Withdrawal Fees (Bonus Campaigns)
If you are participating in a Crypto Deposit Bonus Campaign (e.g., a 1% CRO match), transferring funds to the Exchange during the "lock-in" period may trigger a fee to recoup your bonus.
A fee applies ONLY if:
You have an active bonus reward.
You are still within the campaign's lock-in period.
The transfer drops your App balance below the campaign threshold.
Safety Check: You will always see a warning screen showing the exact fee amount and the "Clawback End Date" before you finalize the transfer. You can choose to "Withdraw anyway" or "Go back."

"Unable to Transfer" or Option Missing?
Linkage: Ensure your App and Exchange accounts are properly linked.
Updates: Ensure you are using the latest version of the Exchange App.
Balance: Check that your App balance meets the minimum deposit requirement for that specific coin.

Exchange: View under Deposit History.
App: View in your Crypto Wallet as "Transfer: App wallet → Exchange".
