What is the Crypto.com Exchange Rewards Hub?
The Rewards Hub is the central destination on Crypto.com Exchange for discovering, earning, and tracking rewards. It consolidates Sign-Up Rewards, trading competitions, and future programs (referral bonuses, non-trading campaigns) into a single, intuitive interface. Users can see all available opportunities, track real-time progress, and view their complete rewards history - all in one place.
How do I access the Rewards Hub?
You can access the Rewards Hub in the following ways:
Web: Navigate to the Rewards Hub page directly via URL, or find "Rewards Hub" in the main navigation menu under the "More" dropdown.
App (Mobile Webview): Tap the Rewards icon or navigate through the app menu.
Logged-out users can browse the Rewards Hub to explore available rewards before signing up.
Do I need to be logged in to see the Rewards Hub?
No. The Rewards Hub landing page is accessible to both logged-in and logged-out users. Logged-out users can view the available rewards and the total potential value, but must sign up and log in to participate and earn rewards.
Is the Rewards Hub available on both web and mobile?
Yes. The Rewards Hub is available on Web and the mobile App.
Sign-Up Rewards (Onboarding Rewards)
What are Sign-Up Rewards?
Sign-Up Rewards are a set of trading fee credits that new users can earn by completing onboarding milestones on the Crypto.com Exchange. There are four sequential steps (dependent on country eligibility) each offering a reward upon completion:

Note: Reward amounts may vary by country. The amounts shown above are the default values. In some jurisdictions, not all steps are available, and the total reward value displayed on the Rewards Hub hero banner adjusts dynamically to reflect only the steps eligible in your region.
Who is eligible for Sign-Up Rewards?
Only new users who create their account after the Rewards Hub launch date are eligible. If you signed up before the launch date, you are not eligible for Sign-Up Rewards, even if you complete the steps afterwards.
I signed up before the launch date. Can I still get Sign-Up Rewards?
No. Sign-Up Rewards are exclusively for new users who register after the launch date. Existing users who visit the Rewards Hub will see a clear "Ineligible" status on the Sign-Up Rewards section, with an explanation that the promotion is for new users only. If you have already completed all onboarding steps, the Sign-Up Rewards section will not appear at all.
Do I need to complete the steps in a specific order?
Yes. The steps must be completed sequentially:
Sign Up → 2. KYC Verification → 3. First Deposit → 4. First Trade
Each step unlocks only after the previous one is completed. You cannot skip ahead. If a step is not available in your country due to regulatory restrictions, the next eligible step automatically becomes the active one.
How long do I have to complete all steps?
All Sign-Up Rewards steps must be completed within 30 days of your sign-up. The 30-day countdown starts from the moment you complete the Sign-Up step. Vouchers are only issued for steps completed before this expiry date. If you complete a step after the 30-day window, the action still works (e.g., your KYC is still verified), but you will not receive the reward voucher.
What happens if my rewards expire?
All four reward vouchers share the same expiry date - 30 days from your sign-up completion. The expiry does not reset when you complete later steps. Expired vouchers display an "Expired" status and can no longer be used.
Can I still complete KYC/Deposit/Trade after the 30-day reward window?
Yes. You can still complete these actions for regular platform usage. When you click a CTA after the reward window has expired, a pop-up will inform you: "You can still continue with this action, but the reward is no longer available as the 30-day reward period has expired." The step will show as "Completed" but with a "Reward Expired" status.
Trading Fee Credits
What are trading fee credits?
Trading fee credits are non-withdrawable credits applied to your account that offset your trading fees on the Crypto.com Exchange. They cannot be cashed out or transferred - they are automatically used to reduce the fees you pay when trading.
How are rewards credited to my account?
Rewards are automatically credited to your account within 1–2 hours after completing each step (batch processing). You do not need to manually claim them.
While the reward is being processed, you will see an "Arrives in [X] min" indicator on the completed step card.
Where can I see my earned rewards?
Go to the "My Rewards" section within the Rewards Hub. You will see:
Trading fee credits total balance.
Individual voucher cards for each completed step, showing: reward value, validity date, days remaining, and the step it was earned for (e.g., "Sign-Up Rewards — Sign Up").
"Other rewards" section showing "Coming Soon" for future reward types.
Voucher cards only appear as you complete each step, and the balance updates in real-time without requiring a page refresh.
Deposit Requirements
What counts as a qualifying first deposit?
Your first single deposit must be ≥ $100 USD equivalent. This can be fiat or crypto. The deposit amount is validated based on net deposit value.
Do split deposits count? (e.g., $10 + $90)
No. Split deposits do not qualify. If your first deposit is less than $100, you will not receive the Deposit reward ($30) or the First Trade reward ($40), even if subsequent deposits bring your total above $100. The system only validates the first deposit amount. The step cards for Deposit and Trade will show "Requirement not met."
What if my first deposit is less than $100?
If your first deposit is below $100, you are ineligible for both the Deposit and First Trade rewards. The Deposit and Trade Now CTAs will be disabled, and the cards will display "Requirement not met." Subsequent deposits do not retroactively qualify you.
Country & Jurisdiction Eligibility
Is the Rewards Hub available in my country?
The Rewards Hub is currently only available in the US and EEA. However, certain jurisdictions have restrictions due to local regulations.
What if Sign-Up Rewards are not available in my country?
If your country is ineligible for the entire Sign-Up Rewards section, the section will be blurred with a "Not Eligible in Your Country" overlay. If only specific steps are restricted, those individual cards will be blurred while eligible cards remain active.
I'm traveling to a different country. Does my eligibility change?
Your eligibility is based on your registered country (phone country), not your current IP location. If you are logged in, the system uses your registered country regardless of where you are accessing from. If you are logged out, country detection is based on IP address, which may show different eligibility than your registered account.
Rollout & Availability
Why am I seeing the Rewards Hub but someone I know isn't?
During the initial rollout, Crypto.com runs limited testing where a portion of new signups see the Rewards Hub with Sign-Up Rewards (the experiment group), while others see the standard onboarding experience (the control group). This is done to validate that the program works correctly and provides a positive experience. Assignment is randomized and consistent - once assigned, you will always see the same experience across web and app. After the test concludes, the Rewards Hub will be available to all users.
If I’m not initially eligible, can I get rewards later?
If you were not initially enrolled and did not complete any onboarding steps during the experiment period, you will see the Rewards Hub after the experiment ends and may be eligible for Sign-Up Rewards at that point. However, if you already completed some or all steps during the experiment without the Rewards Hub, you will see an "Ineligible" status.
Troubleshooting
My reward has not appeared in my account yet.
Trading fee credit rewards are processed in batches and credited within 1–2 hours of completing a step. If you see "Arrives in [X] min" on the step card, your reward is being processed. If it has been more than 2 hours, please contact customer support.
I completed a step but my card still shows the previous state.
Card states update in real-time without a page refresh. Try closing and reopening the Rewards Hub. If the issue persists, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact support.
I see "Requirement not met" on my Deposit or Trade card.
This means your first deposit was less than $100 USD, or you split your deposit into multiple transactions. Unfortunately, the requirement is a single first deposit of at least $100 USD. Split deposits (e.g., $10 then $90) do not qualify, and subsequent deposits do not retroactively satisfy the requirement.
I am an existing user but see an "Ineligible" badge on Sign-Up Rewards.
Sign-Up Rewards are only available to new users who registered after the Rewards Hub launch. Existing users are not eligible for these rewards, even if they have not completed all onboarding steps. However, you will be eligible for Trading Volume Challenges and future campaign programs once they launch.
I see a reward amount different from what others are seeing.
Reward amounts and validity periods can vary by country based on local compliance requirements and program configuration. The amounts displayed on your Rewards Hub are specific to your jurisdiction. During certain periods, Crypto.com may also run optimizations that test different reward configurations to improve the user experience.
A step shows "Not Available in Your Country" but I can still perform the action (e.g., deposit). Why?
Jurisdiction restrictions only affect reward eligibility, not platform functionality. You can still deposit, trade, and complete KYC for normal account usage. The restriction means you will not receive a trading fee credit reward for that specific step in your country.
Crypto.com reserves all rights to change the Rewards Hub program terms at any time and retains final discretion on all terms regarding the rewards program.
