How do I participate in the Welcome Bonus Mission?
Sign in to the Crypto.com App, go to the Crypto tab on the home screen, and tap the Welcome Bonus banner to start participating in the Mission, which requires achieving a specified trading volume of eligible tokens*.
Alternatively, go to the Missions tab, and tap the Welcome Bonus banner.
*Excluding all stablecoin pairs.
Are there any costs associated with participating in the Welcome Bonus Mission?
No, there are no additional costs to participate in the Welcome Bonus Mission.
What rewards will I receive for completing the Welcome Bonus Mission?
Eligible participants can receive up to 1 bitcoin worth of CRO rewards.
How do I receive my rewards?
Upon completing the Mission you will receive an in-app notification. Tap on this notification to go to the Welcome Bonus page and claim your reward there. The reward will then be credited to your Crypto.com App account and reflected in your transaction history.
Note: Please claim your reward before the event ends, or risk forfeiting it.
How long do I have to complete the Welcome Bonus Mission?
You can check how much time you have left to complete the challenge and claim your reward on the event page.
Can I participate in Welcome Bonus multiple times?
No, the Welcome Bonus challenge can only be completed once by each participant. Once you complete the challenge and claim your reward, you will not be eligible to participate again.
Why don’t I see the Welcome Bonus in my app?
The Welcome Bonus is available to all new users except for citizens and residents of the United Kingdom.
