The Rewards+ program enhances your Crypto.com App experience with a leveled reward system. As you climb through the levels, you unlock exclusive benefits, trading rebates, and more, making your journey on our platform even more dynamic and fulfilling.
Who can participate in the Rewards+ program?
Crypto.com App approved users except for citizens and residents of Belgium, Hong Kong SAR and United Kingdom.
How do I join the Rewards+ program?
You’re automatically enrolled in the Rewards+ program upon creating a Crypto.com App account. It’s simple, no extra step is required to enroll. However, different benefits may be based in part on Strike Option transactions you make. Additional steps are required to sign up to trade Strike Options.
Are there any costs associated with joining the Rewards+ program?
Joining the Rewards+ program comes with no additional costs. It’s a perk of being part of our community.
What benefits do I get at each level?
Our Rewards+ program offers a leveled structure where each level unlocks a new set of benefits — the more you trade, the further you go:

How do I move up to a higher level and unlock more benefits?
To move up to a higher level, you must upgrade the following conditions for your account:
Your trading Badge rank
Your cumulative CRO rolling balance over 30 days*
Either your cumulative spot (buy/sell) volume in the Crypto.com App** over 30 days or the cumulative number of your open/closed Strike Option contracts over 30 days
*This figure is calculated by averaging your daily CRO balance over the past 30 days

Is there a maximum level I can reach in the Rewards+ program?
You can climb all the way up to level 20. As you progress through the levels, associated benefits continue to grow, providing you with an enhanced experience.
How is my CRO balance calculated for the CRO balance quest?
The CRO balance for the quest is calculated based on your CRO balance in your wallet (available balance), Earn, Staking, Supercharger (Crypto.com App only) and lockup.
Your CRO balance for the CRO balance quest is calculated based on the average of your CRO balance over the last 30 days. For instance, if you buy $30 worth of CRO today, your quest CRO balance immediately increases by $1 and not $30. Thereafter, your quest CRO balance will continue to increase by an additional $1 each day until day 30, ensuring it reflects the average CRO amount you've held over the past 30 days.
What is the process to claim the benefits?
As soon as you fulfill the requirements for a new level, head to the main menu > Missions > Rewards and tap Activate. Your benefits will be instantly delivered.
Is there an expiration date for claiming the benefits?
There isn’t an expiration date. However, if you no longer meet the requirements for a particular level, you won’t be able to claim the associated benefits.
Where can I track my progress?
Simply go to Missions from the main menu to view your current Rewards+ level and the upcoming levels.
Can I share or transfer my benefits to someone else?
Sharing or transferring benefits is not supported. The benefits are designed exclusively for the account holder, as a testament to your individual achievements and a reflection of your unique journey and successes on our platform.
Once a level is unlocked, is it possible to downgrade to a lower level?
Yes. To continue enjoying the benefits of your unlocked level, you must maintain the requirements for that level.
Why do I not see any quests related to Strike Options?
Strike options are currently only available in the US.
What are the upcoming changes to the CRO Balance Quest requirements?
Since its launch, Rewards+ has received an overwhelming response from Crypto.com App users and to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program, we are adjusting the 30-day rolling CRO balance requirement for the following levels on 7 March 2024, 03:00 UTC:

Crypto.com users who hold a Loaded Lion NFT will automatically be upgraded to the next Rewards+ tier's benefits.
How do I know if I am receiving the upgrade from holding a Loaded Lion NFT?
If you see a purple “Loaded Lions” badge on your Rewards+ page, it means that your Rewards+ tier has been upgraded to the next level and the increased benefits have been applied.
I just got a Loaded Lion NFT but I don’t see any changes to my Rewards+ level, help!
Rest assured, the upgrade may take up to 24 hours to apply. If you don't see the changes right away, kindly check again the following day. Also, please ensure that you have the most updated version of the app. Should you still encounter any lingering issues, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance.
I see the Loaded Lions badge on my Rewards+ page, but I don’t think I’ve been upgraded.
Once you have received the Loaded Lions upgrade, your Rewards+ page will show Quests based on the previous level to account for the level skip. For example, at Rewards+ level 6 (with Loaded Lions), you would see the same Quests as you would at Rewards+ level 5 (without Loaded Lions).
Rest assured that as long as you see the purple “Loaded Lions” badge on your Rewards+ page, it means that your Rewards+ tier has been upgraded to the next level and the increased benefits have been applied.
