To celebrate the launch of Perpetuals (Perps) in the Crypto.com App, we're offering two limited-time incentives for eligible users.
Zero trading fees on all available perpetual contracts from October 27 to November 26, 2026
US$50 fee rebate voucher for new perpetual contract traders from November 27, valid for 7 days
What are perpetual futures?
A perpetual future is a contract that tracks the price of an underlying asset, such as cryptocurrency.
You do not own the underlying asset. Instead, you trade the direction of its price:
Price up: You gain if the price rises and lose if it falls
Price down: You gain if the price falls and lose if it rises
The position stays open until you close it, or until it is closed for you because your margin has been used.
What perpetual cons are available?
We offer perpetual futures on crypto. Crypto perpetuals track the price of top cryptocurrencies. These have no expiry date.
Every perpetual is named for what it tracks, the direction you have taken, and your leverage. For example, BTC Perpetual · Price up · 5x.
Who can trade perpetuals?
Perpetuals are available to eligible Crypto.com App users in the U.S.
Zero trading fees
How does the zero-fee offer work?
Your trading fee on all eligible instruments is waived from October 27 to November 26, 2026.
Are there any other charges?
Yes. Standard funding payments still apply. These are periodic payments exchanged directly between long and short position holders to keep the contract price aligned with the underlying market. They are an inherent part of trading Perpetuals and are separate from trading fees.
I placed a limit order before October 27, but it filled after. Do I still get zero fees?
No. The fee waiver is based on execution time (when your order fills), not when you place it.
If your order fills after the deadline, standard fees apply to that fill.
If a limit order partially fills before the deadline and partially after, only the portion filled during the promotion is fee-free. Any remaining portion filled after incurs standard fees.
I traded during the zero-fee period. Am I eligible for the US$50 voucher?
No. The US$50 voucher is exclusively for users who complete their Perpetuals account setup on or after October 27. If your account was already active before that date, you received the benefit of zero trading fees for up to 30 days instead.
US$50 fee rebate voucher
Who receives the US$50 voucher?
Any eligible user who successfully completes their Perpetuals account setup on or after October 27 will automatically receive one US$50 fee rebate voucher.
How does the US$50 rebate work?
Trade as you normally would. The standard trading fee is initially charged when your order executes. Then, within approximately one hour, that exact fee amount is credited back to your USD Account.
This automatic rebate applies to all eligible trades until you reach the US$50 quota. You will receive a single, consolidated in-app notification for each rebate batch.
When does my 7-day countdown start?
The clock starts the moment your Perpetuals account is successfully set up. Your 7-day validity window is calculated to the minute from that approval timestamp.
What does the fee voucher cover?
The voucher covers the standard trading fee on all eligible contracts.
Note: The voucher does not cover periodic funding payments or liquidation fees.
Can I withdraw the US$50 voucher?
No. The voucher is non-withdrawable and exists solely to offset your trading fees.
What happens if my voucher balance isn't enough to cover a full trade's fee?
If your remaining voucher balance is less than the fee for a particular trade, the voucher covers as much as it can and you pay only the remaining difference.
Once your voucher balance reaches US$0, standard trading fees resume automatically.
What if my voucher expires before I use the full US$50?
Any unused balance expires at the end of your 7-day window. The voucher cannot be extended or refunded.
I placed a limit order while my voucher was active, but it filled after the 7-day window. Do I still get the rebate?
No. Rebates are applied based on the time your order executes, not when it is placed. If your order fills after your 7-day voucher has expired, standard trading fees apply to that execution.
