Prime membership is structured into three tiers — Prime I, Prime II, and Prime III — with qualification determined by the user’s trading volume. Prime is invite-only and benefit availability varies by jurisdiction.²
How do the trading rebates work?
When you trade, you receive a percentage of your trade value back in CRO to your Crypto Wallet. The rebate rate is determined by your Prime tier:

Rebates apply to all major order types, including One-Time Buy/Sell, Limit Orders, Recurring Buy schedules, TWAP orders, and Crypto Baskets. Stablecoin trades (stablecoin-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-fiat) are excluded from rebates.
Important Notes:
Rebates are processed in real time when an order is filled. However, it may take a few hours for the amount to be reflected in your Crypto Wallet.
The minimum rebate amount to be credited is $0.01 USD.
What is the role of a relationship manager?
Every Prime member is assigned a dedicated relationship manager3. This executive serves as your single point of contact, providing a personalized experience and ensuring you maximize access to every benefit and reward.
As a Prime member, you are also entitled to priority support, where you are able to skip the line and get help on any questions you may have.
