How to Connect Crypto.com App to Crypto.com Onchain
Follow these steps to connect Crypto.com Onchain to the Crypto.com App:
From the home screen, tap the ‘wallet’ icon > Connect Crypto.com Account
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, select your preferred wallet, and tap Connect Wallet
Enter your Crypto.com App account email and tap Send Connection Email
Tap Connect from the email sent to your inbox and enter your Crypto.com App passcode
Proceed with Passkeys or 2FA (2-Factor Authentication)
Passkeys (If Enabled):
Tap Verify Passkey
Verify your identity with your passkey
Tap Authorise Connection
2FA:
Tap I cannot use my passkey
Enter your 2FA code
Enter the code from your authenticator app and tap Continue
Tap Authorise Connection
Why did I not receive my authorisation emails?
Please check for the following if you did not receive your authorisation emails:
Failed to receive ‘Authorise Connection’ email:
Ensure that your email address is not misspelled, and that you completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in the Crypto.com App.
Failed to receive ‘Connection Success’ email:
Make sure you complete the entire process. See the ‘How do I securely connect my Crypto.com Onchain to the App?’ section for more details.
Can I connect multiple Onchain wallets to my Crypto.com App?
You can only connect one Onchain wallet to your Crypto.com App account. Connecting another account will disconnect the initial wallet.
