Information on Google Pay Wallet configuration for Singapore-issued Visa Card cardholders

Linking your card via Google Pay app

1. Go to your Google Pay App

2. Select “Payment Card”

3. Scan your card or manually enter details

4. Confirm card details and press continue

The Google Pay App will let you choose one of the following:

Take a photo of the front and back of your card


Enter your card details manually

5. Accept terms and conditions

6. Request SMS OTP

7. Fill in SMS OTP

8. Set up completed!

What if I do not receive SMS OTP verification?

Please dial the hotline on the back of your Visa Card:

  1. Call Center Hotline: +65 6264 0211

  2. A live agent will assist you with your digital wallet registration.

  3. The agent will ask you to answer a brief series of questions to verify your identity as the Cardholder.

  4. Once your identity is confirmed, the agent will inform you that your request will be escalated to a customer service specialist for further assistance.

  5. The agent will inform you that the verification process is complete and you may terminate the call.

  6. A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered phone number within 48 hours.

  7. If you don't receive the SMS, please contact our support team via our in-app chat.
