How am I protected from counterparty/ third party risks?

Protocol and other infrastructure-level changes or failures (including technical, security, or counterparty failures which cause transaction or settlement failures), and third-party actions (such as regulatory interventions) or failures, are outside our control. However, we endeavour to take appropriate action to mitigate any loss or potential loss or impact from any such event.

How am I protected from unauthorized access?

The Account Protection Programme (APP) protects users in cases of unauthorized access to their account. Upon a successful claim, users may be restored to up to USD $250,000.

How is liquidity risk managed?

In order to mitigate and manage our own liquidity, operational and other risks, you may be restricted in or prevented from submitting an order or taking other actions on the Crypto.com Exchange where such action would cause you to exceed an applicable trading or position limit.
