Multiple Deposit Addresses
Crypto.com Exchange has enabled users to obtain multiple deposit addresses for a single network. Users can now have more than one deposit address on Ethereum (ERC20) and EVM-compatible, Bitcoin and Solana networks networks. More blockchains will be supported at a later stage.
Users can obtain up to 20 deposit addresses.
How do I generate a new deposit address?
Follow the steps below to generate a new deposit address on Crypto.com Exchange:
Sign in to your Crypto.com Exchange account
Under Wallet, select a token you’d like to deposit
Select a network
Note: Generating multiple deposit addresses is only supported for tokens on the Ethereum network (ERC20) and EVM-compatible network (Cronos, Polygon, etc.), Bitcoin network and Solana network
Tap Address Name and a dropdown will appear. Select Add New Address. This can take up to 15 seconds to generate. The new address will appear once you refresh the dropdown after a few seconds.
Once the new address appears, you can start depositing funds into the newly generated address.
Once a deposit address is generated, the address cannot be deleted.
How do I manage all my newly generated deposit addresses?
You can manage all your newly generated deposit addresses by tapping Wallet, navigating to the Deposit & Withdrawal tab, and selecting Deposit Address.
Here, you will be able to do the following:
Add a new address
Select a default address
Edit a deposit name
