Crypto.com offers a USD Account which can be topped up via the SWIFT network through the user's bank accounts.
How to set up my USD SWIFT Account?
To be able to deposit USD via SWIFT, you first need to set up the USD SWIFT Account.
In the Crypto.com App home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Cash, OR tap Deposit > Cash, OR tap Accounts > then under the Cash header tap ‘Open’
Select United States Dollar (USD)
Review and accept the USD Account Terms & Conditions
Select between “Automatic verification by bank” or “Manual verification”
If you have a UAE bank account, choose Automatic verification by bank:
you will be redirected to our partner to login to your UAE bank portal. This will allow us to retrieve the stored address with your bank
If an address is successfully retrieved, you will then be asked to confirm the address. If it is inaccurate, please choose “No, I will provide a different proof of address” and follow the instructions accordingly
If you do not have a UAE bank account, choose Manual verification, submit and verify your residential address as required. You may be requested to upload a proof of address.
Upon successful setup of the USD Account, you can use the provided deposit information to deposit USD from your bank account via the SWIFT network. Refer to USD Deposit via the SWIFT network FAQ for more details.
