What is Crypto.com Verify?

Crypto.com Verify is a feature that lets you confirm the communications you receive from Crypto.com are legitimate. By doing so, you can safeguard yourself from phishing attempts and other scams.

To ensure the security of your account and funds, we recommend always verifying that you are interacting with an official Crypto.com channel.

How do I use Crypto.com Verify?

Follow these steps to verify the legitimacy of communications from us:

  1. From the dropdown on the left side of the search bar, select the Channel you received the communication from

  2. Enter the information prompted by the prefilled text

    1. For example, if the channel is Email, you would enter the email address of the sender

  3. Click the Verify button. A pop-up will appear informing you whether the inputted source is an official Crypto.com communication channel.

What if the channel I received communications from is not listed?

If the channel is not listed in the dropdown or when in doubt, it is recommended that you do not engage further and contact chat.crypto.com.

Currently, Crypto.com operates through these channels:
