What is Crypto.com Travel?

Crypto.com Travel is an exclusive travel platform powered by Bookit Ventures, Inc for Level Up users, unlocking a world-class travel marketplace featuring VIP experiences, luxury accommodations, seamless flight and car rental bookings, exceptional stays, and curated cruises.

VIP experiences and events

Crypto.com Travel also offers VIP experiences across sports, music, and culture — from sold-out concerts to premier culinary events. These often include preferential access or guest allowances.

How do I sign up and start booking?

Crypto.com Travel is an exclusive benefit of our Level Up loyalty program, which you can find more about here.

  1. Go to Level Up from the Crypto.com App main menu

  2. Tap Crypto.com Travel > Continue

  3. Enter the portal and tap anywhere to start your travel account setup

  4. Accept the Bookit Terms & Conditions to start booking

How do I pay for my bookings?

Bookings can be made in over 400 cryptocurrencies through Crypto.com Pay, or a credit, or debit card.

All bookings are charged in USD, regardless of the currency selected during booking. Final statement amounts may vary slightly from displayed prices because of foreign exchange rates.

  • Refunds for purchases made with cryptocurrency via Crypto.com Pay are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under Bookit Ventures, Inc’s refund policy.

What rewards can I earn?

Enjoy uncapped CRO rewards on every eligible booking based on your Level Up plan, which you can find more about here:

  • Basic: Up to 5% back

  • Plus: Up to 15%

  • Pro: Up to 20%

  • Private (Icy/Rose): Up to 30%

  • Private (Obsidian): Up to 40%

CRO rewards are calculated based on the USD value at the time of purchase and credited upon completion of your trip or experience (e.g., hotel checkout date, car return date).

You can also earn up to an extra 2% back in CRO by using CRO as payment method in Crypto.com Pay. These rewards are credited up to 24 hours after purchase.

Important Notes:

  • CRO rewards are not earned on shipping, taxes, or certain excluded items.

  • Reward percentages vary by booking type, jurisdiction, and availability. Your specific rate will be clearly disclosed in the Crypto.com Travel interface prior to finalizing your booking.

When will I receive my CRO Rewards for each type of booking?

CRO rewards are calculated based on the USD value at the time of purchase and credited up to 24 hours upon completion of your trip or experiences.

How do I view my travel bookings?

To view your order details and cancellation policies for stays, flights, cruises, and car rentals:

  1. Go to Account > My Purchases from the menu

  2. Find your booking and tap View Order Details

What should I do if I need to cancel or change a booking or purchase?

Refer to the cancellation policy of your purchased item at travel.crypto.com or contact Bookit Ventures, Inc at +1 888-437-6108, 7:00 am-7:00 pm Monday - Friday, Saturday, 8:00am -5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific cancellation policy listed at purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

VIP Experiences

How do I view my VIP experiences and tickets?

To view your order details and cancellation policies for VIP experiences:

  1. Go to Account > My Account from the menu

  2. Tap VIP History

  3. Find your booking and tap View Order Details

What happens after I purchase a VIP experience?

Redemption instructions, timelines, and next steps will be emailed to you after the purchase to the email address we have on file. For ticketed events, digital tickets are typically delivered close to the event date.

If an order can’t be fulfilled, Bookit Ventures, Inc will attempt to secure comparable or better seats. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Who can attend a VIP experience?

Guest allowances vary by experience. Review the experience description for details on the number of attendees, eligibility requirements, and any age restrictions.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled; if an event is postponed and tickets remain valid, no refund will be issued.

Attendance transfers

Some events may be eligible for transfer. If you’d like to check whether your event qualifies, please contact our support team. All transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Requests must be sent to [email protected] at least 14 days before the event with:

  • Your full legal name

  • Booking details

  • New attendee's full legal name

Important Notes:

  • Name changes or attendance transfers are not final until you receive written confirmation. Additional documentation, ID verification, or fees may apply.

What are sweepstakes?

Sweepstakes are a special perk for Crypto.com Travel users, where you can join limited-time lucky draws to win VIP experiences, vouchers, and more.

How to join a sweepstakes

To enter a sweepstakes:

  1. Go to Experiences > VIP Experiences

  2. Select a sweepstakes and tap Enter

  3. Choose your number of entry tokens and tap Enter Sweepstakes

Eligible participants can submit one (1) free entry per sweepstakes by providing:

  • The sweepstakes name

  • Full legal name

  • Registered email and phone number

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. In the case the winner’s location is restricted by local laws, the prize cannot be awarded.

Sweepstakes eligibility

Sweepstakes are open to all Crypto.com Travel users, where permitted by law. Detailed eligibility and regional restrictions can be found in the Official Rules published with each sweepstakes.

Tickets

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. Ticket delivery timing varies by event and venue; some tickets are released closer to the event date to prevent fraud. If an on-hand date is listed, expect delivery by then.

How and when will I receive my tickets?

Most tickets are delivered via mobile transfer to your email (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek) and require an iOS or Android device for entry. Some tickets may be PDFs, QR codes, or require ID pickup at will-call or a designated location. You’ll receive all tickets in time for the event.

Are ticket sales final, and what if there’s an issue?

All ticket sales are final. If an order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll attempt to secure comparable or better seats. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a full refund and notify you promptly.

How are seats assigned?

Seat maps are for reference only. Seat numbers may not be available at purchase. Pairs are always seated together; larger groups may be split into nearby sections if disclosed. Final seat details are confirmed upon delivery.

What if my event changes or there’s a delivery issue?

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Always confirm final event details with the venue.
