Under the upgraded Crypto.com Exchange VIP Program, we’ve introduced several improvements:
Better, unified VIP benefits: VIPs can enjoy VIP trading fees for both spot and derivatives
More diverse VIP pathways, and you just need to meet one of the following thresholds to qualify:
Spot volume: 30D spot volume, including spot margin
Deriv volume: 30D deriv volume, including futures and perps
VIP via CRO: last day CRO balance (staking not required)
Product availability is subject to jurisdictional limitations
Who is eligible for the upgraded VIP program?
All Crypto.com Exchange users are welcome! You may become VIP via depositing funds, trading on spot or deriv markets, or holding CRO.
How does it work with the upgraded VIP program?
Currently, there are two components of the upgraded VIP program: VIP tier and VIP tag.
VIP tier
Your VIP tier is granted automatically if you reach any of the VIP thresholds among spot volume, deriv volume, or CRO balance pathways. Alternatively, you can talk to our BD managers who may manually update your VIP tier
VIP tier is auto-reviewed and updated on a daily basis, so you may downgrade to a non-VIP tier if you don’t meet any of the four VIP thresholds
VIP tier is only used for determining if you qualify for VIP trading fees
VIP tag
You get a VIP tag by having a VIP tier
Once you get a VIP tag, it’s usually permanent, even if you’re downgraded to a non-VIP tier
VIP tag provides users with access to non-fee benefits like OTC trading eligibility, white-glove support, events, more sub-accounts, etc.
For existing users who have been tagged as a VIP at any point before, your VIP tag and non-fee benefits will remain intact. However, you will need to continue meeting the VIP tier thresholds in order to benefit from spot and deriv VIP trading fees.
What are the benefits of joining the upgraded VIP program?
Usual VIP benefits outlined in the legacy VIP program remain unchanged. The main benefit upgrade relates to VIP trading fees, where we consolidated spot and deriv trading fees for VIPs, and have added CRO as an additional pathway to qualify for VIP tier.
You may become a VIP via spot volume, deriv volume, or CRO balance pathways (see below). As long as you meet the VIP thresholds for one of the pathways, you will receive the VIP tier and can benefit from both spot and deriv VIP fees.
Your VIP tier would be automatically checked and updated on a daily basis based on your spot volume, deriv volume, and CRO balance.
