The maximum withdrawal limit for all cryptos is BTC 10 (or equivalent) on a 24-hour rolling basis.

Warning - Destination Tag: When whitelisting an XRP withdrawal address, please be sure to check whether or not the wallet or exchange you are sending your Ripple to requires a destination tag (most, if not all, exchanges do). 

If you make an XRP transfer without a destination tag to a deposit address that requires it, the funds may be lost or you may need to pay an extra fee for retrieving them.

In most cases, XRP withdrawals are almost instant and normally should take no longer than two hours to be processed.
