AUD Deposits with PayID will require an already set-up AUD Fiat Wallet. Setup instructions can be found here.
How to deposit AUD with PayID?
AUD bank transfers are made using a PayID; a secure, instant payment service which allows you to send AUD to an email address. By using your unique PayID email address, you do not need to enter a reference code each time you make a bank transfer. Alternatively, you can use the generic PayID also provided, but this will require you to enter a reference code each time you make a bank transfer.
To find your PayID, from the App home screen tap Deposit > Fiat > AUD. Or, tap Accounts > Fiat Wallet > Transfer > Deposit > AUD.
Use the PayID email provided and enter it into your online bank app or portal to transfer funds from your bank account to your Crypto.com account.
We will notify you once your AUD bank transfer has been successfully deposited.
2. Use the PayID email provided and enter it into your online bank app or portal to transfer funds from your bank account to your Crypto.com account. |
NAB bank app - pay by email (PayID) | Commonwealth bank app - pay by email (PayID) | ANZ bank app - pay by email (PayID) |
3. We will notify you in the Crypto.com app as well as email once your AUD bank transfer has been successfully deposited. |
If you choose to make a bank transfer using the generic PayID email; [email protected], then you must include your personal reference code on all reference/description fields in your payment instruction. This is the only way our team can identify and verify your deposit. We will not be liable for any missing funds if the reference code is missing.
Banks will vary in how they display the reference code field in their online bank app or portal. Please include your reference code on all available related fields.
Some banks require your reference code in both the "Description" and "Reference" fields. Please contact your bank for more details if you are unsure.

Troubleshooting
There are a few things to remember when making a bank transfer to your Crypto.com App:
Your Named Account: We can only accept transfers from bank accounts opened under your own name. 3rd party transfers will not be accepted (e.g. payments from your customers, salary transferred by your employer, etc.).
We do not accept AUD transfers via 3rd party payments processing companies (e.g. Western Union, Wise, Stripe), or crypto exchanges. Deposits must be initiated directly from your bank account.
Only AUD transfers via NPP will be accepted. AUD transfers initiated by other methods will not be successful, and substantial fees for international transfer may be imposed on your funds.
Common Issues
The most common reasons your bank transfer is on hold or is unsuccessful are:
The name on the bank account you transferred from does not match the name you used to register on Crypto.com
Your transferred funds came from a joint account
Your transferred funds came from a payments processing company (e.g. Western Union, Wise, Stripe, etc.) or from an unsupported institution such as a crypto exchange.
Your transferred funds were not AUD via NPP.
When contacting our support, please be ready to provide us with supporting documents (e.g. a bank statement) showing your full name, the bank account you made the transfer from, and ideally the transaction itself.
