Crypto.com offers Australia and New Zealand residents an AUD wallet which can be topped up with PayID bank transfers from your personal bank account with zero-fees*. Once your AUD wallet is set up, you can deposit using PayID.
* Please note that Crypto.com does not charge any fees for AUD deposits via NPP, but your bank might. Please check with them accordingly.
How to set up my AUD Wallet?
In the Crypto.com App home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Fiat Wallet, OR tap Accounts > Fiat Wallet, OR tap Deposit > Fiat.
Tap on “+ Set Up New Currency” and select AUD
Review and accept the AUD Wallet Terms & Conditions
Tap on “Continue” to open your AUD Wallet
Upon successful setup of your AUD Wallet, personal bank transfer details are provided to deposit AUD from your bank account to your Crypto.com account. Refer to the deposit FAQ for more details.
