What is the New User Card Fee Waiver?
The New User Card Fee Waiver allows eligible new Crypto.com App users to enjoy fee exemptions for up to seven (7) days after completing account verification.
During this fee waiver period, eligible new users are entitled to:
0% credit/debit card fees
0% Apple Pay and Google Pay fees
Important Notes:
An eligible new user is a Crypto.com App user who completed account verification after September 26, 2022 at 04:00 UTC and does not reside in the United Kingdom or Singapore.
Which transactions are eligible?
The following trades qualify for the New User Card Fee Waiver:
One Time Buy
Recurring Buy
Crypto Basket purchases
Stablecoin trades are excluded from the 0% credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay fee waiver.
Who is eligible?
The New User Fee Waiver is available to select Crypto.com App users, except those residing in:
United Kingdom
Singapore
Previous jurisdictional lists are superseded by this global criteria with immediate effect.
Only eligible users will see the waived fees when making qualifying trades in the Crypto.com App.
How long is the fee waiver period?
The seven-day fee waiver period begins after you complete account verification.
For example, if you completed account verification on September 1, 2025 at 04:00:00 UTC, the fee waiver period will expire on September 7, 2025 at 23:59:59 UTC.
You may see a fee waiver period of fewer than seven (7) days if:
You signed up before the campaign start date
The campaign is nearing its end date
In such cases, the waiver remains valid only for the remaining time displayed in the Crypto.com App or until the campaign’s end date, whichever occurs first.
What happens after the waiver ends?
After the fee waiver period ends, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay fees will apply.
