Crypto.com users can withdraw BRL from the app by selling crypto to their BRL Account and transferring BRL funds from this account to their linked bank account(s).
Users are required to have at least one successful BRL deposit to the Crypto.com Account before we can transfer BRL funds back to the same bank account.
How to sell Crypto to BRL?
On the Crypto.com App,
From the Home screen, tap on quick actions Sell and select the cryptocurrency you wish to convert to BRLSelect the “Cash” option.
On the Sell Cryptocurrency window, you can enter the amount you wish to convert. (If you tap on the field where you enter the amount, the app will suggest the maximum amount you can sell.)
Review and confirm your sell transaction. This screen will display the final value of the conversion from crypto to BRL. After 15 seconds this quote will expire and you will need to refresh the screen.
On the Crypto.com Website,
Click the Trade button on the top-right corner of the page.Select the coin you’d like to sell in your Crypto Wallet.
Review the transaction details and complete verification.
How to withdraw BRL via PIX/TED?
For regulatory reasons, you can only withdraw funds to the bank account that you used to deposit the funds, and the transfer method must also be the same. Please follow the steps below to initiate a withdrawal request:
On the Crypto.com App,
From the Home screen, tap Accounts > BRL Account > Withdraw. Choose the withdrawal method.Browse through the withdrawal process and then tap on “Got it”.
On the Crypto.com Website, on the Accounts page, under BRL Account, click on Withdraw.
Choose a withdrawal bank account for the selected withdrawal method. Note: At least one successful deposit is required before being able to withdraw BRL
Insert your withdrawal amount, review and confirm the withdrawal request
Wait for our internal review and we will notify you once the withdrawal is processed. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes. In some cases, such as your first withdrawal, a manual review of 1 to 3 days may be required
Note: If 2FA is not enabled, it will not be requested for withdrawals. If a customer has 2FA enabled, a 2FA process needs to be completed when the customer attempts to initiate a withdrawal.

How long does it take to see the withdrawal funds in my bank account?
All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review and we will notify you via email and push notifications once the withdrawal is processed. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes. In some cases, such as your first withdrawal, a manual review of 1 to 3 days may be required.
Once the internal review is completed, we use the PIX or TED network (depending on what you have chosen) as the channel for transferring funds back to your bank account.
Withdrawal via PIX typically arrives in your bank account in 1 business days and via TED typically arrives in 2 business days
However, it might take longer in exceptional situations due to technical reasons. In such cases, our customer service team will be always available to provide you with proper support.
How to delete a withdrawal bank account?
Note: Only Verified and Rejected bank accounts can be deleted. If a bank account has a pending withdrawal request, it cannot be deleted.
