General Questions and Tips

How many bank accounts can I link to my Crypto.com Exchange account for EUR?

A maximum of five bank accounts can be linked to your Exchange account. You will have to delete one if you have reached your limit and would like to add a new bank account. Pending accounts count towards your maximum account limit. However, rejected accounts do not.

If you already have five bank accounts linked to your Exchange account, and you make an EUR deposit from a new bank account, your EUR deposit will be rejected.

How can I delete a bank account?

Go to Bank Transfer via your main menu to see your list of Verified and Rejected bank accounts. You will see a Delete option next to the bank account. Tap it to unlink the bank account.

To view your Pending bank accounts, please log in to the Exchange Web and go to Bank Transfer via the left navigation panel.

How long does it take to activate EUR fiat transfers?

Activation of EUR transfers may take several minutes. You may check the activation status by logging in to Exchange Web and going to Bank Transfer > Transfer Method. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you encounter any difficulties during this process.

Can I deposit EUR from a non-bank provider account like Wise or PayPal?

Yes, you can deposit EUR from a non-bank provider account such as Wise or PayPal. However, please note that while these deposits will be accepted, the account itself will not be added to your bank account list for withdrawal purposes.
