How do I activate USD fiat transfers?
USD fiat transfers can be activated in either the Wallet or Payment pages in the Crypto.com Exchange.
Wallet
Click Wallet in the left navigation panel and select Deposit in the USD row under the ‘Coin’ column
Choose Bank Transfer in the pop-up window that appears
Click Activate in the USD row
USD fiat transfers will be activated once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions
Payment
Select Payment after clicking the top right Profile icon. Select the Transfer Method tab
Select Activate in the USD row
You may be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions if you have not done so already
USD cash transfers will be activated once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions
Please contact your Account Manager if you are unable to activate USD cash transfers after completing the steps above, or encounter any difficulties during this process.
How do I add a Lynq account to my Crypto.com Exchange account?
After you have activated USD cash transfers, navigate to the Payment page via the Profile icon (top-right).
Under the Bank Accounts tab, click Add Bank Account and select Lynq.
Enter your Lynq account details as prompted.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the account is added.
For seamless verification, please ensure your Lynq account name matches with your Crypto.com Exchange account’s legal entity name. If these details are incorrect, your request to add a Lynq account may be rejected.
How do I deposit USD to my Crypto.com Exchange account via Lynq?
To deposit USD to your Crypto.com Exchange account via Lynq, you will need to make a TFND deposit from your Lynq account.
TFND deposits are automatically converted to USD and credited to your Exchange balance. Your Exchange account will not hold any TFND once it has been deposited as it would be automatically converted to your USD balance on a 1:1 basis. Crypto.com has no obligation to maintain or provide TFND exposure on your behalf.
After you have activated USD fiat transfers, navigate to the Wallet page
Click Deposit in the USD row under the ‘Coin’ column
Select Bank Transfer in the Cash section
If you have not added your Lynq account, you will be prompted to do so.
If you added your Lynq account before, you will be prompted to select the account that you’re depositing USD from.
Click View Deposit Details and make a transfer via Lynq to the account shown in the ‘Deposit Details’ pop-up window.
Can I choose to keep my balance in TFND on Crypto.com Exchange instead of USD Bundle?
No. This feature is designed so that TFND deposits are always converted into and reflected as your USD Bundle balance. When you make a TFND deposit, we do not hold TFND itself in your Crypto.com Exchange account.
Is there a fee to deposit USD to the Crypto.com Exchange?
No, Crypto.com does not charge institutional clients a deposit fee. However, your bank may apply a processing fee. Please reach out to your banking institution for more information regarding this processing fee.
Are there any Lynq deposit limits for USD?
No, there is no upper deposit limit for institutional clients. However, the minimum amount required per deposit is US$500.
How long do Lynq deposits take to process?
Deposits via Lynq are typically processed within one business day.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw USD to my bank account via Lynq?
USD withdrawals will be activated after you have added your Lynq account. Please refer to the Deposits FAQ section above to learn more about adding a Lynq account.
USD withdrawals via Lynq will be settled in TFND. If you choose to withdraw via Lynq, we redeem the corresponding amount from your USD balance on a 1:1 basis and pay out the withdrawal in TFND to the Lynq account you specify. Other withdrawal methods may be available under different terms and rules.
Click Withdraw in the USD row under the ‘Coin’ column
Select Bank Transfer in the Cash section
You will be prompted to pick the bank account which you wish to withdraw your USD to. Please ensure that you select a Lynq account.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (Min.: US$500; Max.: US$10M daily)
Click Review Withdrawal
Review and confirm your withdrawal request
Can I withdraw in other virtual assets or fiat currencies instead of TFND?
If you use the USD withdrawal option via Lynq, your payout is in TFND only. If you want another virtual asset or fiat currency (for example, USD cash), you must use the relevant withdrawal option (if available) and accept the applicable rates and fees.
Is there a withdrawal fee for USD via Lynq?
No, Crypto.com does not charge institutional clients a withdrawal fee for Lynq.
How long does it take to make a withdrawal?
Withdrawals via Lynq will be processed within one business day.
What are the withdrawal limits for USD?
The withdrawal limits for USD are as follows:
Daily withdrawal limit: US$10 million
Minimum amount per withdrawal: US$500
General Questions and Tips
How many bank accounts can I link to my Crypto.com Exchange account for USD transfers?
Up to five bank accounts can be linked to your Exchange account for USD transfers. You will have to unlink one if you have reached your account limit and would like to add a new one. Pending accounts count towards your maximum account limit. However, rejected accounts do not.
How can I unlink a bank account?
Go to Payment > Bank Account via the Profile icon (top-right) to view your list of Verified, Pending, and Rejected bank accounts. You will see a Delete option next to the bank account. Click it to unlink that particular bank account.
