How to close Crypto.com Pay for Business Accounts?

What should I know before closing my account?

Closing your Crypto.com Pay for Business accounts means you will not be able to access your account information in Crypto.com Pay for Business Dashboard or process payments, refunds, payouts anymore with the account.

You have the option to close a Business Profile you own, or a User Login.

After you have closed your User Login, you are welcome to use our services again by signing up as a new user. We will not be able to reactivate your Business Profile or User Login after it has been closed.

Do I need to withdraw my funds?

Before initiating the process, please consider withdrawing the remaining balances in your accounts. If you would like to close a Merchant or Channel Partner account, please ensure all the pending refunds with your customers are settled.

How do I close my account?

To close your Crypto.com Pay for Business Account, please email [email protected] from your registered email address. Clearly indicate whether you want to close a specific Business Profile or the associated User Login.


Please note that [email protected] is dedicated to supporting merchants using Crypto.com Pay. For inquiries related to the Crypto.com App or Exchange, please direct them to [email protected]. Procedures for closing Crypto.com App or Exchange accounts are managed separately.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

If you wish to stop receiving promotional emails from Crypto.com Pay for Business, you can easily do so by going to the Pay for Business Dashboard and accessing the User Profile page. From there, you can turn off the option for "Promotional Email". If you decide to close your User ID, you will be automatically unsubscribed.

Crypto.com Pay integrations through a Channel Partner

If you want to disable Crypto.com Pay payment method that is enabled through a 3rd party Channel Partner or Payment Acquirer, please contact their merchant support. Your partner will contact Crypto.com if necessary to reconfigure your account.
