Level Up Lockup Benefits
Locking up CRO in the Crypto.com App will give you the following benefits that corresponds to your Level Up tier:
Reserve one of our premium metal Crypto.com Cards
Crypto Wallet benefits i.e., purchase rebates, extra spending rewards for your Card
Higher reward rates for Crypto Earn
Level Up Rewards: Receive CRO at 4% p.a. for Jade Green or Royal Indigo, 8.5% for Frosted Rose Gold or Icy White, and 9.5% for Obsidian
The rewards are paid on a weekly basis.

How do I lock up CRO in the Crypto.com App?
Once you have enough CRO tokens in your Crypto.com App for your selected Crypto.com Card:
Go to the Card tab (bottom-right corner of the app)
Select your desired Crypto.com Visa Card
Tap the Lock Up CRO button and follow the on-screen instructions
You need to have CRO in your Crypto Wallet for your selected Crypto.com Card in order to participate in Level Up Lockup, which you can do so by either:
Purchasing CRO in the Crypto.com App; or
Transferring CRO from a third-party wallet; or
Exchanging CRO from other cryptocurrencies
When should I lock up CRO to secure the Crypto.com Card?
You need to lock up enough CRO for your Crypto.com Card. When the lockup is done, we will review your application, and as soon as your card status is changed to Shipped, the card will be on its way to you.
Can I increase the lockup amount (upgrade)?
Yes. During the initial 365-day lockup period, you can increase the lockup amount by going to your Crypto Wallet and tapping the Upgrade button.
You will be prompted to add the difference between your existing lockup and the one you are upgrading to. For example, if you've currently locked up 2,000 CRO and would like to increase to 20,000 CRO, you will need to add 18,000 CRO.
The new lockup will reset the timer, and a new 365-day lockup period will start.
If you are a V1 user, you may increase your lockup amount in order to qualify for the Level Up Programme. You may also choose to do nothing and continue enjoying the benefits of your current card.
How do I unlock my CRO?
After the 365-day lockup period is completed, you'll be able to unlock your CRO.
Simply go to your CRO Wallet in the App and tap the Unlock button. Please note that you can only unlock your Level Up Lockup in full. By unlocking CRO, you will be losing a number of benefits that come with CRO Lockup:
You will continue to enjoy non-lockup Crypto.com Card benefits (e.g., spending rewards of up to 2% for Icy White / Frosted Rose Gold / Obsidian tiers), Airport Lounge Access, fee-free ATM withdrawal limits, and interbank exchange rates.
How do I lock up CRO tokens again?
Users who have unlocked their CRO following the initial 365-day lockup period can lock it again in the app to enjoy Level Up lockup benefits.
Go to your CRO Wallet
Tap on Upgrade button and follow the on-screen instructions
Locking up more CRO will make you eligible for the relevant Crypto.com Card.
There is an option to have it issued at the end of the re-locking process.
