Crypto.com offers users an easy way to top up* their BRL Accounts via the PIX and TED network using their own bank accounts. To be able to deposit BRL, you first need to set up a BRL Account.
Crypto.com does not charge fees for BRL deposits via PIX/TED, but your bank may apply a processing fee. Please reach out to your banking institution for more information.
*Please note CNPJ deposits are not accepted
What are the different BRL deposit methods?
Upon successful setup of the BRL Account, you will see a “Choose deposit method” screen with two options. This information can be also accessed via:
On the Crypto.com App,
From the Home screen, tap Deposit > Cash OR via Account > BRL Account > Deposit.On the Crypto.com Website,
From the Homepage, click on BRL Account Deposit, OR from the Accounts page, under Cash Account section, click on BRL Deposit.

Troubleshooting
There are a few things to remember when making a PIX/TED transfer to your BRL account:
Your Named Account: Please be aware that you must use your own bank account to make deposits. We will use the CPF number associated with your bank account to identify your transfers, and deposits from unrecognized CPF numbers will be rejected and returned.
Please note that you must enter your CPF number in the reference section of the deposit if you are transferring funds from a joint account as a secondary account holder.
3rd party transfers will not be accepted (e.g. payments from your friends or family, customers, salary transferred by your employer, etc.)
We only accept funds from checking and savings accounts. Deposits from other account types—including but not limited to institutional bank accounts and third-party payment processors (e.g. Western Union, Wise, Stripe), or other crypto exchanges—will be rejected.
When contacting our support, please be ready to provide us with supporting documents (e.g. a bank statement) showing your full name, the bank account you made the transfer from, and ideally, the transaction itself.
