Crypto.com offers a BRL (Brazilian Real) Account which can be topped up via the TED and PIX network through the user's bank accounts.
How to set up my BRL Account?
To be able to deposit BRL via PIX and TED, you first need to set up the BRL Account.
On the Crypto.com App,
From the Home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Cash, OR tap Deposit > Cash, OR tap Accounts > then under the Cash header tap ‘Open’.On the Crypto.com Website,
From the Homepage, click on BRL Account Deposit, OR from the Accounts page, under Cash Account section, click on BRL Deposit.On the Account overview screen, Tap on “Continue” to proceed.
Submit your CPF to verify your identity. You may be requested to upload proof of CPF.
You may be required to submit and verify your residential address. You may be requested to upload a proof of address.
Upon successful setup of the BRL Account, you can choose from the available deposit methods (PIX and TED) to deposit BRL from your bank account. Refer to BRL Deposit via PIX/TED network FAQ for more details.
