Priority Pass™ Airport Lounge Access is one of the benefits that comes with our premium metal Crypto.com Visa Cards:

  • Access to more than 1,300 airport lounges globally.

  • Unlimited complimentary visits for our Obsidian, Icy White, and Frosted Rose Gold cardholders and 1 accompanying guest.

  • 4 complimentary visits per calendar year for our Jade Green, and Royal Indigo cardholders.

  • You don't need a separate card to use the lounge - your Crypto.com Card and boarding pass are enough to get you in.

Note: This benefit does not expire after your CRO lockup/stake period ends.

How to get Priority Pass™ Airport Lounge Access?

  1. Enable International Usage (Under Card > Card Icon in the upper right-hand corner > Card Settings)

  2. Register for a Priority Pass™ account by completing the online registration on the Priority Pass website (www.prioritypass.com). Select “Activate your Account” and then “Payment Card Number“ to start registration.

    1. Have enough balance (equivalent of USD $1) on the Crypto.com Visa Card to cover the card validation transaction.

    2. Ensure you are able to receive an SMS OTP for transaction verification (vary by market).

  3. Present your Crypto.com Visa Card and boarding pass upon arrival at the lounge.

  4. Gain lounge access by declaring you are a Priority Pass™ Customer.

Note: You can also enjoy Priority Pass™ access without presenting your Crypto.com Visa card. Register for a membership by following step 3 above and a Digital Membership Card (in the form of a QR code) will be generated for your lounge access. Priority Pass staff can scan your QR code at the reception desk to validate your membership.

I have already registered for LoungeKey™. Do I need to register for Priority Pass™?

Yes. On 31 May 2023, our airport lounge access program will be changed from LoungeKey to Priority Pass. You will no longer be able to access your LoungeKey account. It is mandatory to register for Priority Pass to enjoy your lounge access benefits.

What happens if my card details have changed after I have registered for Priority Pass™?

If you have upgraded your card to a higher tier, you need to create a new registration. For example, if you have upgraded your Crypto.com Visa card from Jade Green to Icy white, you need to create a new registration.

If you have applied for a new card from other regions, you need to create a new registration. For example, if you have changed from an EU Crypto.com Visa Card to a UK Crypto.com Visa Card, you need to create a new registration.

If your card has been replaced due to lost or stolen cards, you need to update your payment details in the Priority Pass™ app. A new registration is not needed.

Note: You need to use a different email address to register for a new Priority Pass™ membership.

Is there a limit on the number of free lounge visits?

Obsidian, Icy White, Frosted Rose Gold cardholders enjoy unlimited complimentary lounge visits* with 1 accompanying guest.

Jade Green and Royal Indigo cardholders enjoy 4 complimentary lounge visits* per calendar year. After you have used up your complimentary visits, you can continue to use your card to access the lounge with accompanying guests by paying prevailing fees.

*There will be a pre-authorization hold of USD $1 for each person visiting the lounge. The pre-authorization amount will be released within thirty days from the transaction date.

Can I bring a guest?

Obsidian, Icy White, Frosted Rose Gold cardholders may access the lounge free of charge together with one guest. Additional guests will incur a fee of USD $35 per guest.

Jade Green and Royal Indigo cardholders may bring guests upon paying a fee of USD $35 per guest. Cardholders will be charged within 3 - 5 working days after visiting the lounge.

Please ensure that for every chargeable guest, you have enough balance (USD $35 per guest) in your card.

Is the number of free lounge visits prorated based on when I signed up for a Crypto.com Visa Card?

There is no pro-rating of the number of lounge visits based on when you sign up for your card. For example, new Jade Green and Royal Indigo cardholders who signed up and activated their Crypto.com Visa card on 1 July 2023 will enjoy 4 complimentary lounge visits from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023. This number will be refreshed in the next calendar year.

Existing Jade Green and Royal Indigo cardholders will also enjoy 4 complimentary lounge visits from 31 May 2023 to 31 December 2023. This number will be refreshed in the next calendar year.

Obsidian, Icy White, Frosted Rose Gold cardholders enjoy unlimited complimentary lounge visits* with 1 accompanying guest.

How can I check my complimentary lounge visits entitlement and balance entitlement?

You can access your lounge visits entitlement and a history of your lounge visits in the Priority Pass app.

Why am I unable to validate my card at the lounge?

In order to validate your card, you will need to enable international transactions in the Crypto.com App (a slider in the Card tab). If your card can't be validated at the lounge (error when swiping the card), two possible reasons are usually:

  1. Not having enough funds on the Crypto.com Visa Card

  2. Not having international transactions enabled

Note: Any pre-authorization amount held by Priority Pass™ will be released back to your card account in USD within 30 days. For cardholders holding a Singapore-issued SGD card (both Singapore residents and non-Singapore residents), the amount will be released back to your USD purse in USD within 30 days.

Which lounges do I get access to?

Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access opens the door to more than 1,300 lounges globally. When planning your trip, you can check the lounge availability via the Priority Pass™ App.

What can I expect at the lounge?

Airport lounges may offer different benefits and conditions during your stay. Some of them are located on the “Landside” (before the security/passport checkpoints), others on the “Airside” (past the security/passport checkpoints). Some are available in Departure Halls, others in Arrival. Larger airports may have multiple lounges available for our cardholders, located in different terminals.

Please make sure to check the lounge availability, conditions, and location via your Priority Pass™ app when planning your trip!
