How do I submit a Crypto Deposit Recovery review?
Go to Settings > Support > Crypto Deposit Recovery > Request Deposit Review
Confirm the on-chain status of the deposit
You can check the on-chain deposit status by pasting the transaction hash provided by the withdrawal platform to the relevant blockchain explorer
Enter the deposit details, namely:
Transaction Hash
Block Number (more information on how to find the block number below)
Token
Network
Deposit Receiving Address
Amount
Tap Submit
We will try to locate your deposit via Auto-Review, which takes up to 20 minutes. You can check back for the result or wait to be notified via email.
How do I find the transaction hash and block number?
You can find the transaction hash on the withdrawal platform. It can also be called TxHash, Transaction ID, or TxID.
To find the block number, paste the transaction hash provided by the withdrawal platform to the relevant blockchain explorer.
