Crypto.com offers residents of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) a EUR account which can be topped up with bank transfers from your personal bank account with zero-fees*. Once your EUR Account is set up, you can deposit using your personal bank transfer details.
* Please note that Crypto.com does not charge any fees for EUR deposits via SEPA, but your bank might. Please check with them accordingly.
Which EU countries can use the EUR Account
Residents of the following countries can set up the EUR Account:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
How to set up the EUR Account
In the Crypto.com App home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Cash, OR tap Deposit > Cash, OR tap Accounts > then under the Cash header tap ‘Open’.
Tap on “Continue” to open your EUR Account.
Submit and verify your residential address. You may be requested to upload a proof of address document.
Upon successful setup of your EUR Account, personal bank transfer details are provided so that you can deposit EUR from your bank account to your Crypto.com account. Refer to the deposit FAQ for more details.

Why do I have to submit my information?
Crypto.com users in Europe must submit the required information to benefit from full access to our EUR Account service in compliance with European Directive (EU) 2018/843.
If I have already submitted my information, do I need to do so again?
No, you only need to submit the required information once.
