How does it work?
Share your Referral Link or Referral Code with a friend
You and your friend will both receive rewards after they sign up using your link/code, pass KYC verification, and complete trading milestones within their first 30 days:
Trading Volume Milestones
Both you and your friend earn rewards based on their total trading volume within 30 days of KYC approval:

Note: The referral programme is currently not available in the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Singapore. To comply with local regulations, Canada will be disabled from 4th December 2025 until 17 December 2025. Once restarted, it will then be running a different set of rules and incentives for the referral program, as explained in the in-app referral screen for Canada.

Important Notes
Eligibility Requirements
Users must not have previously enrolled in the referral programme or other promotional programme. Only users who use the referral code to create an account, pass KYC verification, and complete trading within the desired period are qualified for the programme.
The referee must be from regions eligible for the referral programme and follow the rules designed for their region. If any related product or service is unavailable in your region, you will not be able to participate. Rewards may also vary based on the referee's jurisdiction.
You must have an active account to be eligible for any bonus.
30-Day Window
The 30-day reward period begins at the moment of KYC approval (not signup initiation).
The window ends exactly 30 days later at the same time. For example: KYC approved January 1, 11:00 PM → Window ends January 31, 11:00 PM.
All trades completed within this 30-day window count toward the trading volume milestones.
Rewards are credited directly to both the referrer and referee's wallets within 24 hours after completing any trading milestone. For the Level Up milestone, please note that you will only get your $25 reward after 30 days of subscribing to the Level Up annual plan. The reward for card staking will be disbursed within 24 hours for the Level Up program.
Trading Volume Calculation
Trading volume includes both buy and sell transactions.
Volume is calculated in USD equivalent at the time of trade.
Eligible transactions include:
Payment methods: Crypto, credit card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay), fiat
Transaction types: One-time, recurring, target order (after execution)
Asset types: Crypto (stocks are not included)
Trading volume is cumulative and calculated as the sum of all qualifying transactions during the 30-day period.
Milestones are tiered, meaning rewards are earned when each milestone is reached. For example, reaching $500 in trading volume earns you both the $100 milestone reward and the $500 milestone reward.
Reward Cap
Users can earn rewards for up to 100 successful referrals, after which there will be no further rewards granted.
A referral is considered successful when the referee completes at least one trading milestone after KYC verification.
The maximum amount each referrer can earn from referral rewards across all referrals is $10,000 USD (100 referrals × $100 maximum per referral for T1 countries).
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to determine the relevant USD:CRO exchange rate for all bonuses paid out. The equivalent USD:CRO exchange rate is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time rewards are credited to your wallet.
Crypto.com Prime referral rewards has been terminated until further notice.
New users who register a referral code during account creation will not be eligible for the Welcome Bonus Program, while those who did not register with a referral code will automatically be eligible for the Welcome Bonus Program. However, users can still switch to the Referral Bonus Program program by navigating to the referral dashboard and tapping ‘Add a referral code’, provided it is within 14 days of their KYC approval and they have not yet made a first trade.
New users who signed up with a referral code between 3rd November 2025 to 3rd December 2025 may be excluded from the referral program if they are also enrolled in the new user welcome bonus program, as the referral program is mutually exclusive from the new user welcome bonus program.

Your current trading volume and progress toward the next milestone
A checklist of completed and pending milestones
Your total earnings so far
For Referrers:
Your referral dashboard will display:
Your total referral earnings
The number of successful referrals
Individual referee progress (with masked names for privacy)
Milestone completion status for each referee
Real-time updates after each transaction
Progress tracking is updated in near real-time.
