What is Quick Buy?
The Quick Buy feature lets you purchase cryptocurrencies directly with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, without having to deposit funds.
How do I access Quick Buy?
A. Exchange Web
You can access Quick Buy from:
Your Wallet
From the home page, go to the ‘profile’ icon > Your profile > Wallet
Click Buy next to the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase
The navigation bar
From the home page, go to Trade > Quick Buy
The account widget
From the home page, go to the ‘account balance’ icon > Quick Buy

From the home page, go to Markets
Click Buy next to the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase

Access Quick Buy in Balances by following one of these steps:
From the home page, go to Wallets > See All under Balances > Quick Buy
From the home page, go to Wallets > See All under Balances > tap on a token > Quick Buy

From the home page, go to Trade
Under Avl, tap the ‘+’ icon to access Quick Buy
How do I purchase cryptocurrencies with Quick Buy?
From the home page, go to Trade > Quick Buy
Select your desired cryptocurrency
Enter the amount you wish to buy
Choose and confirm your payment method
Review your order details and click Confirm to proceed
Complete the payment. The assets will be credited to your wallet once it is processed.
How do I add a credit/debit card as a payment method?
Follow one of these steps to add a credit/debit card to Quick Buy:
Go to Trade > Quick Buy > Add under Credit/Debit Card
From the home page, go to the ‘profile’ icon > Payment > Credit/Debit Card
How do I view my Quick Buy transaction history?
From the home page, go to the ‘profile’ icon > Your profile > Orders > Order History
Which cryptocurrencies can I purchase with Quick Buy?
You can buy over 200 cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins.
Please note that availability is subject to jurisdiction restrictions.
Where is Quick Buy available?
Quick Buy is currently available in the US and the UK, with more jurisdictions to come.
Are there any fees associated with Quick Buy?
Yes, Quick Buy involves fees, consisting of a card fee charged by the card issuer and a platform fee charged by the platform. Users participating in the Main App’s Level Up Program or holding Prime User status are exempt from the platform fee. All fees and price are displayed on the order details page before you confirm the purchase.
Is Quick Buy available on the Exchange Web and App?
Yes. Your payment methods will be synced across both the web and app.
Are there any purchase limits for Quick Buy?
Yes. Weekly purchase limits apply and vary by payment method and currency. The limits will be displayed when you confirm your payment.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
If your payment was declined, please check if:
Your credit/debit card details were entered correctly
Your debit card has sufficient funds
Your card supports online transactions

Do I need to provide an address when using Quick Buy?
Yes, an address is required. If you haven’t added one, you’ll be prompted to do so before you confirm your purchase.
How long does it take for the assets to be credited into my wallet?
The duration depends on your payment method and your bank’s processing speed. Assets purchased via a credit card and mobile payments are typically transferred within minutes.
Which account types support Quick Buy?
You can only use Quick Buy with your Master account.
Can I buy cryptocurrencies with a non-native fiat currency?
Yes. Switching fiat currencies will automatically update your weekly purchase limit and exchange rate.
