What is a One-Time order?
A One-Time order is a trading feature in the Crypto.com App that allows you to buy or sell a cryptocurrency at the current market price.
This means that the order is executed immediately, and you receive or sell the asset at the best available price in the market at that moment.
How do I place a One-Time order?
Follow these steps to place a One-Time Buy order:
Tap Buy from the Crypto.com App home screen
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to buy
Select One-Time from the dropdown in the top-right corner
Enter the amount you wish to purchase
Select your payment method
Review the order details and confirm the transaction when you’re ready
The conversion rate is valid for 15 seconds. If you do not confirm the transaction within that time, the rate will be refreshed.
To place a One-Time Sell order:
Tap Sell from the Crypto.com App home screen
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to sell
Select One-Time from the dropdown in the top-right corner
Enter the amount you wish to sell
Select whether you want to sell your cryptocurrency to your Cash Account or Crypto Wallet
Review the order details and confirm the transaction when you’re ready
The conversion rate is valid for 15 seconds. If you do not confirm the transaction within that time, the rate will be refreshed.
