How do I log in via Passkey?

On the login page, click Passkey and choose one of the following options:
Scan the QR code with a device that has Passkey enabled
Insert a security device that has been registered as a passkey

How do I log in via email?
Crypto.com Exchange Web
1. On the login page, select Email, enter your email address, and click Log In
2. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the email registered to your Crypto.com Exchange account. Enter the code into the field.
3. Enter the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) code from your authenticator app. If you have not set up your 2FA, you can choose either of these options:
a. Input your six-digit passcode
b. Input your password

1. Ensure that you are logged into the Crypto.com Exchange App. From the home screen of the Exchange App, tap the ‘profile’ icon > ‘scan QR code’ icon.
2. On the Exchange Web login page, click QR Code
3. Scan the code with your Exchange App, then tap Authorise to log in
What should I do if I forgot my registered email address?
Search your email inboxes for messages sent from Crypto.com to identify the address linked to your Crypto.com Exchange account.
What should I do if I did not receive the account verification code?
Make sure you entered the correct email address registered to your Crypto.com Exchange account.
What should I do if I lose access to my registered email account?

What should I do if I forgot my passcode?
Follow the steps here to reset your passcode.
Entering the wrong passcode repeatedly will cause your Crypto.com Exchange account to be locked temporarily.
I still can’t log in with my email address. What should I do?
Try these methods if you are still unable to log in with your registered email address:
Clear the cache and cookies in your web and mobile browsers
Delete all previous login emails from your inbox, then try again
Open your inbox using your mobile web browser
Check your Spam and Trash folders for the login email
