How do I log into the Crypto.com App?

To log into the Crypto.com App, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click Log in to existing account

2. Enter your registered email and tap Log in

3. Complete the verifications below:


(a) If you have set up a passkey for your account, use it for verification and you will be logged in


(b) If you have not set up a passkey,

(i) Verify your email account by clicking on Open Mail.

(ii) Locate the email “Log In to Your Crypto.com App Account” and tap LOG IN NOW.
* Please ensure your Anti-phishing Code is present if you’ve set it up

(iii) Enter the SMS verification code

(iv) Enter your passcode and you will be logged in

Email Verification Issue

I don’t remember my registered email address

Try searching ‘Crypto.com’ in all your inboxes to identify the correct email address that’s registered to your Crypto.com App account.

To ensure account security, please be reminded to confirm the sender and your Anti-Phishing Code if you have set it up.

I didn’t receive the verification email

Check that you have entered the correct email address registered to your Crypto.com App account.

The verification link is invalid

Make sure you are clicking on the link in the most recent login email that you received from Crypto.com.

I lost access to my registered email account

If you have lost access to your registered email account, please contact Customer Support at chat.crypto.com.

SMS Verification Issue

The SMS code I inputted is invalid

Tap Resend on the SMS verification screen to receive and input a new code.

I have a new phone number

Follow the steps here to reset your phone number if you have lost access to the number registered to your Crypto.com App account and cannot receive the SMS Verification Code.

Passcode Verification Issue

I forgot my passcode

If you have forgotten your passcode, follow the steps here to reset it.

Please be reminded that your account will be temporarily locked after repeated failed attempts to input the correct passcode.

Still can’t log in?

Follow the steps below if you are still unable to log in with your email address:

  • Clear cache and cookies from your web and mobile browser

  • Delete all login emails from your inbox and try again

  • Access your inbox using your mobile browser

  • Search your Spam and Trash folders for the login email
