Go to Settings from the main menu and tap Security > 2-Factor Authentication
Tap the Reset 2FA button at the bottom of the screen
Follow the steps below to complete verification using your passkey if it’s set up:
Go to your authenticator app and create a new account for the Crypto.com App
Scan the code displayed in the Crypto.com App using your authenticator app, or copy and paste it manually
If you have not set up a passkey, confirm whether you still have access to your existing 2FA credentials:
If you still have access to your 2FA credentials, you can proceed to enter your passcode and the 2FA code to complete verification and then follow steps 3(a) and 3(b) above to set up your 2FA
If you do not have access to your 2FA credentials, you will be required to provide your passcode and complete identity verification. Once verified, you can set up your 2FA by following steps 3(a) and 3(b) above.
Important: To protect your account, please remove the previous authentication key from your authenticator app and re-enable 2FA immediately once your 2FA has been reset.
