Where is Prime available?
Crypto.com Prime is currently available in the United States, Canada, Singapore (only available to verified Accredited Investors), the United Kingdom (see UK specific FAQ page here), Australia, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the European Economic Area.
Availability in other jurisdictions may be offered on a discretionary basis.
What are the requirements for Prime membership?
Crypto.com Prime membership is by invitation only. Eligibility is determined by Crypto.com at its sole discretion.
I am eligible for a Prime membership. How do I join the Prime programme?
Once you become eligible for Crypto.com Prime, a ‘PRIME’ button will appear in the top-right corner of the Crypto.com homepage.
Select this button to activate your membership and follow the steps below.
Tap the PRIME icon on the top-right corner of the home screen | Review the Prime benefits and other benefits, and tap Join Prime
| Review and accept the Prime T&Cs, and tap Activate Prime | You are now a Prime member! |

What are the fees and limits applicable to Crypto.com Prime users?
As a Prime member, you enjoy unlimited cash and crypto withdrawal limits³.
