  2. Select the event (i.e., “Cronos”) that you wish to participate in

  3. Select an allocation token, tap Charge, and input the allocation amount

    1. Allocation Tokens: CRO, CDCETH*, CDCSOL* and LCRO**

    2. You can make multiple allocations over the Charging Period for each event

    3. The minimum allocation amount is 100 CRO, 0.004 CDCETH, 0.05 CDCSOL or 100 LCRO

  4. When the Charging Period ends, you will receive an email and push notification reminding you to accept your rewards during the Reward Acceptance Period

    1. Once accepted, your rewards will be evenly distributed to your Crypto Wallet over the Reward Period based on your Reward Score

    2. You can keep your allocation in Supercharger to automatically participate in the next event***

*CDCETH and CDCSOL are not available to users in Canada, Australia, South Korea, and Seychelles.

**LCRO is not available to users in the United States of America and its territories, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Seychelles

**Your allocation will kept and automatically rolled to next event under the same event track

How does Supercharger work?

Here are some key terms for understanding how Supercharger works:

Supercharger Event

Each Supercharger event is of a set duration and features different reward tokens. There are two types of Supercharger events:

  1. Cronos: Allocate CRO to earn Cronos ecosystem tokens

  2. Standard: Allocate CRO and supported tokens to earn the hottest tokens in the market (i.e., BTC)

Allocation Token

You earn the reward token for an event by allocating CRO, CDCETH*, and/or LCRO**.

Each allocation token has its own pool. For example, if the reward token is BTC, the four pools would be CRO for BTC, CDCETH for BTC, CDCSOL for BTC, and LCRO for BTC.

Charging Period

You can make allocations during this period, with the option to increase, decrease, or withdraw the amount at any time.***

Tip: Keep your allocation in the pool to automatically participate in the next event.

Reward Score

Your Reward Score is calculated based on your allocation amount relative to the total pool size. See ‘How is my Reward Score calculated?’ for details.

Reward Acceptance Period

Once the Charging Period ends, you will be notified to accept your rewards based on your Reward Score during this period.

Please note that you must accept your rewards during this period to receive the full amount. Your rewards will be forfeited if you do not accept them by the end of the Reward Period.

Reward Period

Once you have accepted your rewards, they will be evenly distributed to your Crypto Wallet daily during this period.

Please note that you will only receive rewards if your allocation is within a certain threshold that varies for each event, as determined by the pool size, duration of your allocation, and other factors. See ‘How is my Reward Score calculated?’ for details.

*CDCETH and CDCSOL are not available to users in Canada, Australia, South Korea, and Seychelles.

**LCRO is not available to users in the United States of America and its territories, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Seychelles

**There may be a momentary pause on withdrawals immediately after the Charging Period ends as the rewards are being calculated.

How is my Reward Score calculated?

A participant’s Reward Score is based on their average allocation amount relative to the total pool size over the Charging Period. This figure is calculated using the formula below:

Reward Score = A / B

A: The participant’s average allocation over the Charging Period (based on an hourly snapshot)

B: The total pool size over the Charging Period

Calculating A:

In this example, the Supercharger event features the TIA token. The participant decides to make an allocation in the CRO pool, with 15,000 TIA in rewards.

During the Charging Period, the participant:

  • Allocates 100 CRO daily from day 1 to day 10 for 24 hours per day

  • Withdraws 100 CRO and does not make allocations from day 11 to day 20

  • Allocates 200 CRO daily from day 21 to day 30 for 10 hours per day

Here is the calculation for their average allocation amount over the Charging Period:

Average allocation amount = (100 CRO x 10 days x 24 hours) + (0 CRO x 10 days x 24 hours) + (200 CRO x 10 days x 10 hours) = 44,000

Calculating B:

In this example, the pool size is 4,400,000 CRO every hour, every day during the Charging Period.

Here is the calculation for the total pool size over the Charging Period:

Total pool size = 4,400,000 CRO x 30 days x 24 hours = 3,168,000,000

Calculating the Reward Score and amount:

Here is the participant’s Reward Score calculation:

44,000 / 3,168,000,000 = 0.00138888%

Here is how much the participant will receive for this Supercharger event:

0.00138888% x 15,000 TIA = 0.208332 TIA

Is there an allocation limit?

There is no allocation limit. The minimum allocation amount is 100 CRO, 0.004 CDCETH, or 100 LCRO.

How do I withdraw from a Supercharger pool?

Here’s how to make a withdrawal:

  1. Tap Supercharger in the main menu of the Crypto.com App

  2. Select the pool you would like to withdraw from and tap Withdraw

You can withdraw your allocation partially or in full at any time. However, there may be a momentary pause immediately after the Charging Period ends as the rewards are being calculated.

Will my CRO allocation earn rewards across multiple events at the same time?

Your CRO allocation for a Supercharger event will only be eligible for rewards in that event. To participate in another Supercharger event happening at the same time, you will need to allocate a fresh set of CRO to it.
