About Trusted Device

Trusted Device is a security feature that enhances the protection of your Crypto.com App account.

Each of your devices has a 'trusted status' to indicate if it is a 'Trusted Device' or an 'Untrusted Device'. If your device has met the verification requirements, it will automatically become a ‘Trusted Device’. You can also verify your current device as ‘Trusted’ on the App. If your device has yet to meet the verification requirements, it will remain as an ‘Untrusted Device’.

Once a device is verified as ‘Trusted’, you can whitelist wallet addresses, use Crypto.com Pay, and buy gift cards in the App without entering your security code on that particular device.

You can also view the details of the devices used, report unrecognised devices, and remove a Trusted Device at any time within the App.

This feature is available in all jurisdictions except Singapore and South Korea.

How do I view my list of devices?

  1. Go to Settings > Security > Devices in the Crypto.com App

  2. You will see the list of devices you have used

  3. Tap a device to view its details

How do I grant a device ‘Trusted’ status?

  1. Go to Settings > Security > Devices in the Crypto.com App

  2. Tap the ‘Currently Active’ device

  3. Tap Trust Device and confirm when the pop-up appears

  4. Enter your passcode and other verification code(s) if required

After successfully completing the steps above, your device will successfully become a Trusted Device
