General Questions and Tips

How many bank accounts can I link to my Crypto.com Exchange account for USD transfers?

Up to five bank accounts can be linked to your Exchange account for USD transfers. You will have to unlink one if you have reached your account limit and would like to add a new one. Pending accounts count towards your maximum account limit. However, rejected accounts do not.

For institutional clients, the number of bank accounts linked to your Exchange account for EUR transfers does not count towards your USD bank account limit. If you already have five bank accounts linked to your Exchange account for EUR transfers, you will still be able to link up to five bank accounts for USD transfers.

How can I unlink a bank account?

Go to Bank Transfer via the left navigation panel to view your list of Verified, Pending, and Rejected bank accounts. You will see a Delete option next to the bank account. Click it to unlink that particular bank account.

Can I add a bank account and deposit USD from a non-bank provider account like Wise or PayPal?

No, you cannot deposit USD from a non-bank provider account such as Wise or PayPal. The deposit will be rejected and the account itself will not be added to your bank account list for withdrawal purposes. You will need to use a traditional bank account linked to your Crypto.com Exchange account for deposits and withdrawals.
