Crypto.com offers Canadian residents a CAD Wallet which can be topped up via e-transfer through the user's bank accounts. Once your CAD Wallet is set up, you can deposit using Interac Standard Transfer or Interac Request Money.

How to set up my CAD Wallet?
To be able to deposit CAD, you first need to set up the CAD Wallet.
In the Crypto.com App home screen, tap on the ≡ Menu button > Fiat Wallet, OR tap Accounts > Fiat Wallet, OR tap Deposit > Fiat
Tap on the “+ Set Up New Currency” button and select Canadian Dollar (CAD)
Review and accept the CAD Wallet Terms & Conditions
Tap on “Continue” to proceed
Enter your residential address, occupation and source of funds. You may be requested to upload a proof of address
Upon successful setup of the CAD Wallet, you can choose the available deposit methods to deposit CAD from your bank account. Refer to CAD Deposit via Interac Standard Transfer or CAD Deposit via Interac Request Money FAQ for more details.
